TIG welded by hand for smoother internal surface (reduces internal turbulence, improves gas flow).

Modern spring fit design allows for fewer internal welds increasing performance.

Headers weigh in at a featherweight 3.4kg / 7.5lbs (original exhaust 7.80kg / 17.2lbs). Saving 4.4 kilos / 9.7 lbs.

Replaces the heavy and restrictive original. NB exhaust emissions are not part of the UK motorcycle MOT.

Silencer connection is the same position, diameter and angle as the original. Accepts original Lambda sensor (O2 sensor).
