Refund Eligibility

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation or improper handling will not be eligible for return.
• Electrical/ECU/performance upgrade parts cannot be returned once installed.

• Custom-made / modified products
• Clearance sale items
• Installed or used products

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@sbkmotoparts.com with:
   • Order number
   • Photos of the product and package
2. Once approved, we will share return instructions.
3. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after product inspection.
